Colchester Global Government Bond Fund Maintains “Highly Recommended” Rating from Lonsec for the second year

Colchester Global Investors, a leading global sovereign bond manager, has maintained a coveted “Highly Recommended” rating from Lonsec for the second time as a demonstration of their conviction in Colchester’s capability.

Lonsec’s report pointed to Colchester’s ‘long track record in comparable products’ where they demonstrated a track record of ‘successfully meeting its objective from a more limited universe than many global fixed income competitors’.

Australia’s Head of Distribution Angela MacPherson said “our wholesale offering that’s now available to the intermediary market has a short track record and we’re pleased that we are being recognised for our proven capability over the last 16 years”.

“The Colchester Global Government Bond Fund is securing adviser, dealer and platform interest as part of the defensive component of portfolios; we’re utilised for the liquidity and low correlation characteristics relative to other fixed income securities such as credit and high yield, as well as the traditional growth assets” she said.
